吉林亚泰中科医疗器械工程技术研究院股份有限公司（以下简称：亚泰中科）成立于2017年2月，是由吉林亚泰医药集团、中国科学院苏州生物医学工程技术研究所、吉林大学第一医院三方共同出资成立，注册资本1亿元人民币。公司主要围绕皮肤影像、科技体育及高端医疗器械开展研发、中试、生产、销售工作，研发及产品涵盖医疗、医美、健康、体育等领域。公司以“合作、共享、共赢、发展”为理念，打造我国高端医疗器械及科技体育知名企业。公司成立以来先后获得了“国家高新技术企业”、“吉林省生物医学工程创新基地”、“吉林省先进医疗器械制造业创新中心”等资质。

　　Jilin Yatai Zhongke Medical Device Engineering and Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yatai Zhongke), established in February 2017, is jointly funded by Jilin Yatai Pharmaceutical Group, Suzhou Institute of biomedical engineering technology attached to Chinese Academy of Sciences and The First Hospital of Jilin University, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. Our scopes of business cover variable sectors: medical care, medical aesthetics，healthcare and sports, etc. Focusing on skin imaging, sports science and high-end medical equipment, we start with R&D, our service continues to experimental, production and ongoing marketing management. With the value of ‘cooperation, sharing, win-win and development’, our aim is to establish a well-known enterprise in high-end medical devices and sports science sectors in China. Since its establishment, the company has successively obtained the qualifications of ‘National High-tech Enterprise’, ‘Jilin Province Biomedical Engineering Innovation Base’ and ‘Jilin Province Advanced Medical Device Manufacturing Innovation Center’, etc.

　　In the context of the strategic needs in medical care, medical aesthetics and sports science in China, with high-end Medical Optics, Biomedical Science, the Internet of Things and the AI technologies as the core, by integrating the social resources and combining with the ‘medical-engineering cooperation’ model, our company aims to break the monopoly of foreign high-end medical equipment products in the domestic market and to grasp the core technology to replace the imports.

　　Relying on the high-end medical optical technology and Internet of Things technology, our company plans to research and develop high-end treatments to skin problems and medical aesthetics equipment, to create a skincare ecosystem, to formulate skin testing standards on medical-care and medical-aesthetics levels respectively, to provide clients with systematic and digital solutions to their skincare problems in medical care and medical aesthetics aspects, and to drive the coordinated development of upstream and downstream of the industrial chain. 

　　Relying on biomedical engineering technology, our company plans to integrate the AI technology, big data and the Internet of Things, to apply biomedical engineering into sports science, to promote the development of sports and healthcare industry, to create an intelligent sports ecosystem, to provide professional, effective and reliable solutions and products in sports science sector, to develop the sports industry in China, and ultimately realize the overall improvement of the physique of Chinese people, especially the teenagers.
